DBXConvert, written by Ulrich Krebs, will export messages in Outlook Express versions 5 and 6 and store the resulting data in either mBox or EML format. Using the mBox format you can then use either GML or gExodus to import your mail into GMail. Best of all, the program is free and the C++ source is available.
