Things have been slow lately. A fact I attribute to the lack of GMail invites and the Christmas season. Then Google goes and changes the login function… and so, GMail Drive 1.04 has been released. This update fixes GMail Drive as it was recently broken when Google changed GMail’s login routine, again. Per Bjarke, one new feature is included in this release:
* display of proper file-icons
As always, it’s necessary to uninstall, reboot and reinstall to replace the old version.
I encourage you to read the many comments and the summary before posting about something being broken: GMail Drive page. Most user issues have been documented and addressed already. The zip file can also be found using the link above.

I’m using GmailFS and I have problems. I lost part of the view on files and folders from the explorer while in the Gmail they appear correctly.

a wonderful lil app.
however, ive abandoned ms explorer in favour of directory opus (dopus8.0) & am seeing what looks like a copy of my system folder in the gmail drive.
ive created a shortcut on my desktop which opens an ms window & displays & manages (add+delete+download to HD) files perfectly … but proper showing inside dopus would be much sweeter.
thx fo a sweet app
