Introduction The award winning Konica Minolta CF5001 offered in this auction was sold with the included upgrades listed here in this auction for approximately $48,000, is recently off a full maintenance lease agreement in excellent cosmetic condition and comes complete as a 50 cpm color, 50 cpm b&w digital copier, 50 ppm color, 50 ppm b&w network laser printer, network color scanner and booklet making document finisher to include saddle-stitch (center stapling), booklet folding, tri-folding, multi-position stapling, sorting, grouping and collating!  The Konica Minolta CF5001 high-volume color imaging system has won both the prestigious “Editor’s Choice” award from Better Buys for Business and the distinguished Five Stars-Exceptional rating from BERTL (Business Equipment Research & Test Laboratories)

The copier is producing great copies, prints, scans and booklets and has been completely tested by our technicians to ensure that all functions and accessories are working perfectly including complete network connectivity testing on our Windows XP test network.  Please take a moment to view a few of the actual test documents above in the image gallery.  The winning bidder will receive a package of test documents with the copier including the Windows XP network print conformation page.
  Network Print The CF5001 offered in this auction includes the IP-921 network print controller which allows the copier to function as a 50 ppm color, 50 ppm b&w network laser printer.  The copier supports 13" x 19.2" paper for 11" x 17" full-bleed output and documents can be printed at up to 600 x 600 dpi.  One high-speed, high-quality, printing solution for everyone!
  Network Scanning The CF5001 offered in this auction includes network color scanning.  Documents can be scanned at up to 600 dpi and sent to email, ftp and hard drive!  PDF, TIFF & JPEG file formats are supported.
  Finishing The FN-9 booklet making document finisher is also included.  The FN-9 produces saddle-stitched and folded booklets as well as tri-folded documents for brichures!  With the FN-9 your printed document jobs can be automatically stapled and as well as sorted, grouped and collated ready and waiting at the copier when you are ready to pick them up!  Finishing your document jobs has never been easier or faster!
  Additional Accessories The included auto duplexing unit will process all your two sided print jobs with just the press of a button or the click of your mouse.  The unit includes 3 paper cassettes as well as the bypass tray for a total paper capacity of 1,750 sheets.  The units large LCD touch screen control panel logically leads users through all the features of the CF5001.

Shipping
 
The Copier Brokers will only ship within the United States to the lower 48 states.  We are happy to arrange the shipping for the winning bidder at our reduced rates.  Due to our lease agreement and the terms of our insurance for our warehouse location we are not allowed to operate as a retail location and are therefore unable to accommodate local pickups. 

The majority of shipments within California cost between $200 and $250 and all shipments outside of California cost an estimated $450 to $550.

Shipping companies charge additional fees for deliveries which are not at ground level, delivery locations which cannot physically be reached by a tractor-trailer truck and deliveries which take longer than 30 minutes to complete. 

Copiers are shrink wrapped with corner boards and then padded for extra protection and transported to your home or office as rolling stock on a truck equipped with a lift-gate (no forklift or loading dock is required).  The Copier Brokers will only ship with those carriers that will pick up at our warehouse location and transport equipment as rolling stock, padded and blanket wrapped on a truck equipped with a lift-gate.  Due to the risk of damage will not crate or palletize any digital imaging equipment such as copiers and printers.  Due to the risk of damage we will not ship with UPS, FedEx or common freight carriers.  As the shipment of all winning auctions is a separate transaction between the auction winner and the shipping company, shipping charges are always COD and payable directly to the shipping company upon delivery.

The Copier Brokers will not be responsible for shipping damage as we are not the shipping company.  As the shipment of all winning auctions is a separate transaction between the auction winner and the shipping company, shipping charges are always COD and payable directly to the shipping company upon delivery.  To ensure that all buyers are fully protected, all equipment  is shipped fully insured.  Shipping damage is rare although in the event that a shipment is damaged it is the buyers responsibility to fully inspect their purchase when it arrives and note any damage on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery.  Failure to do so could forfeit their right to file a damage claim with the shipping company. 

Due to the highly sensitive nature of digital imaging equipment and the vibration inherent in the process of shipping, the majority of all digital equipment, new or used, will need professional setup and installation after shipment by a factory trained and authorized technician.  We recommend that all buyers protect their purchase by having their equipment professionally setup and installed.  Failure to do so could result in error codes, damage to the equipment and/or poor quality and performance by the equipment.  The
Copier Brokers do not provide product setup, installation,  training or service contracts.  Please consult your local authorized dealer and/or network IT professional for questions regarding service contracts, product setup, installation, network connectivity and training.

The Copier Brokers require all members to contact us in advance of becoming the high bidder on more than one currently active auction at the same time.  Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of all bids placed by that member.
