The equipment you are purchasing from RSI is used. Prior to shipping, RSI technicians clean, inspect and test all machines. RSI does not guarantee the life expectancy of any existing parts. All equipment is in working condition prior to shipment. Setup and installation by a factory trained technician is highly recommended.
Please be aware that all Color Copiers are shipped de-installed (no toner, developer or fuser oil) to avoid spillage. Color machines arrive with no consumables. A trained service technician should re-install all color units. In the case of units purchased for computer connectivity printing, a trained service technician may be necessary in the installation.
A professionally trained technician may need to make adjustments to the equipment due to the vibration or motion of the product during shipping
All equipment is shipped fully insured. RSI is not responsible for freight related damages. It is the customer’s responsibility to fully inspect the equipment when it arrives and note any shipping damage on the bill of lading before signing for the delivery. Failure to do so will forfeit your right to file a freight claim. If you do incur freight related damages, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the freight carrier.
No additional warranties, either expressed or implied, exist.
