A new contender in the GMail new mail notification space for Windows is gNotify. gNotify utilizes the .Net framework and is designed to run in the system tray. It offers notifications using text balloons or sounds, or both. More impressive, it offers a preview of the message as well as a list of messages that are new. Only single account support but since you shouldn’t have more than one GMail account anyway I suppose this is understandable. You do only have one account, right?
