Ain’t no stopping these Sirius guys. XM is probably beginning to realize that there is no where to go when you are on top except down:

XM may have the NFL, but we’re seeing the scales tip the other way much more quickly these days: Sirius has officially announced their plans to go video in 2006 (totally beating XM to the punch) in partnership with Microsoft; they will apparently “use software” from them, but we’re assuming this is going to mean they’ll be using CE.net or Windows Mobile on their video-ready devices. This just after Sirius got Ford, Eminem, and Howard Stern? it’s looking rough for XM man, looking rough.
