The winner of this auction will receive this vintage Midge doll wearing an original Barbie fashion called Snap Dash. Made in 1968. Snap Dash is in very nice condition. Midge has red hair, she still has most of her original curls. She has no missing hair plugs. Some of her eyebrow paint is missing. No exceptions! DESCRIPTION: This is MIDGE from 1963 era. Marked on the bottom of the flatter part of the foot " JAPAN ". Does have original " square stand " no holes in the bottom of feet ". RED original hair and its the red of the era and not this day and age flaming reds. Pic's wear taken outside and these have sun glare to them, doll's face is beautiful with no spots or glue to them. FACE FRECKLES all there. ORANGE lip coloring all there. Painted on blue eyes and shadow all there. Light brown eye brows all there. Curl Flip Hair all there not tampered with or cut. Orange finger nails there and good. Toes are lighter on on foot than other but there. Doll is not dressed in two piece suit rather she is wearing a Barbie tagged sweater,sleeveless sweater top, cotton pink skirt with large pocket sewn on the front of skirt, and netted panties which are original to era and not modern. Original pull up stockings to era. All clothes snaps are in working order. Doll is missing shoes. There is a small hole in the sweater flap,and small hole in the top of one of the stockings. Doll Bust is fine. Body is original coloring and dolls legs are dirty. Clothes are dirty. Still has that new doll smell of the era , those who had this doll know what I'm talking about.
