If so, this champagne sherbet or footed sauce up for auction would be a beautiful addition to any collection. This is a wonderful pattern with a beautiful frosted stem that has three faces of a Victorian lady, reported to have been modeled after Mrs. Miller, a frosted foot and ribbed bottom on the bowl. The original pattern was produced by the Geo. Duncan & Sons Glass Company of Pittsburgh in the late 1870's and was reproduced by the L.G. Wright Glass Company of New Martinsville, WV. I believe this item to be a reproduction although the size does not match any of the information I have been able to find. L. G. Wright went out of business in 1999 and many of their molds were purchased at auction so even the L. G. Wright quality reproductions are harder to find. * The stem up for auction measures about 3 1/4" high and is in excellent estate condition with no chips, cracks or discoloration. The detail of the faces is very crisp and where the stem meets the foot is straight. Very good condition, one small nick on a point of the cover rim is it (feel mostly - very hard to see). Made by the L. G. Wright Glass Co. (1930's-1960's) it is 5 7/8" tall, 4 5/8" in diameter on the scalloped rim and 3 1/8" diameter across the circular base foot. Transparent blue color, Moon and Star pattern. Heron & Peacock Child's Mug, L.G.Wright Amberina? Click Images to Enlarge I believe this little mug in the Heron & Peacock pattern is a re-issue by L.G. Wright of about 40 years ago. The Amberina type coloring shades from honey amber to an almost cherry red at the bottom where the cup joins the base. The design which features a Peacock on one side and a Heron on the other, is very nicely detailed in high relief. The mug is just a shade over 2 1/2" tall. It is in perfect condition.
