This 1943 M.P. and Co. Mel Ott R302-1 baseball card is a Scarce vintage collectible produced by Michael Pressner and Co. of New York and this card is part of one of only a few baseball card sets produced during World War II. This hard to find New York Giants Hall of Famers card measures 2 and 3/16th inches by 2 and 5/8th inches and it has nice color. This card shows heavy wear and creasing and the back has a light pencil X. Overall this is still a decent specimen and it would be a nice addition to any collection. Party on Garth! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- *** THIS IS A NEAT looking kinda old/vintage & original postcard-size baseball "card" of Cleveland Indians shortstop/manager & Hall of Famer Lou Boudreau, a "Salutation" exhibit card produced by the Exhibit Supply Company of Chicago from 1939-1946 (so I'm gonna guess early 1940's for this Boudreau card :o). "Exhibits" were commonly sold in vending machines at arcades and other retail locations for a penny/nickel. Measures roughly 3 5/16 by 5 5/16 inches with facsimile signature along with "Sincerely", "Made in U.S.A." on the bottom right corner and blank backed. Very good/excellent condition with NO creases and just light to moderate corner/edge/surface wear, nothing really bad at all. Still looks great!
